I Believe
I have my mansion now, Oh
I Believe, I Believe, I Believe
I'll have me mansion now, Oh
I Believe, I believe just what he said
I'll do all things through Christ, Oh
I Believe, I Believe, I Believe
I'll do all things through Christ, Oh
I Believe, I believe just what he said
He shall supply my need, Oh
I Believe, I Believe, I Believe
He shall supply my need, Oh
I Believe, I believe just what he said
BRIDGE I:
By faith I believe it, By faith I receive it
By faith I can have it, By faith I can share it
I believe just what he said
I have my mansion now, Oh
I Believe, I Believe, I Believe
I'll have me mansion now, Oh
I Believe, I believe just what he said
He worked it out for me, Oh
I Believe, I Believe, I Believe
He worked it out for me, Oh
I Believe, I believe just what he said
Bridge II:
By faith I will know it, By faith I will show it
By faith I will bare it, and now I'll declare
I believe just what he said
I have my mansion now, Oh
I Believe, I Believe, I Believe
I'll have me mansion now, Oh
I Believe, I believe just what he said
I Believe, I Believe
I Believe, I Believe, I Believe
I Believe, I Believe
I Believe, I believe just what he said
He loosed the guilty stain, Oh
I Believe, I Believe, I Believe
He loosed the guilty stain, Oh
I Believe, I Believe just what he said
Christian Music Lyrics by: Gospel Music
Why is it we expect congress to "toe the party line"?
Wouldn't it be better if they represented us and our beliefs? Not just the ones who voted for them, but all of the people in their district/state?
Also, wouldn't we expect them to, occasionally, move in a direction they thought was best for our country, even if we didn't like it, even if it hurt their own constituency?

Lieberman was and is a traitor as far as I'm concerned, personally I think he was just bitter at his constituents who voted overwhelmingly for barack Obama.
And why is it all of a sudden Republicans want to be all "inclusive" and consiliatory?

You've got to wonder why people like that hold on to their political party even when it's completely different from their own beliefs.
I felt the same way about Lincoln Chafee, the liberal Republican, but he finally left the GOP this year.

You got it right! A Mark! He just wants to be down with a team...any team. I heard on NPR today that he was McCain's first choice of VP down to the last minute. Now he's sniveling trying to stay down. I would say yea cause maybe he would feel indebted. But he's a political whore and will just go for the bidder he feels is winning. Kinda like the Don King of Washington.
