"Send California inmates to Mexico, says Schwarzenegger"? How about just NOT imprsioning non violent drug offenders?

Seriously Gov., how about rehab for folks caught with barely enough drugs to use? Or how about fining people with enough to use and not sell? How about the ones who have enough to sell but who are not connected to violent felonies on probation? Not that I am opposed to sending illegals back home, but I'm Just saying....

Why not? you have a good idea there.. but what will happen if thte non-offenders will change?? it should be prevented
