Ya'll have to read this to believe it. Here is Mary Mitchell's article in today’s Chicago Sun Times
She ends it with this:
“But Vaughn was given the benefit of the doubt in the media, which increases his chances of getting a fair trial. Cutts was not. The difference in these sensational crimes isn't character. It's race.”
Damn, this is why people get tired of hearing about race, people like to bring it up at the WRONG time. Damn.
Anyway, here is yet ANOTHER letter to Mary Mitchell.
Dear Mary Mitchell:
Does everything have to be about RACE to you? Sheesh. Look Mary, I am a Black Man in America, I understand the social reality of race, but have you ever read “The Boy Who Cried Wolf”? Meaning that, when you play the race angle in circumstances like this, you really cheapen it when race is really the issue and the person worthy of defense from the African American community. BOBBY CUTTS, Jr. ain’t the brother we should be in ANY way defending. In the unlikely event he is in fact innocent, I'll let his lawyers be his advocate, as should you.
That’s my take, what do you folks think?
