Wow, it’s just the 1st of March, and we have a serious candidate for “Arsehole of the Month”: Mr. Kenneth Eng, come on down!!!!
Kenneth Eng, an Asian American self proclaimed Asian Supremacist and author wrote an Article that an Asian news paper in San Francisco printed, enumerating why he “hates” Blacks. http://www.nbc11.com/download/2007/0227/11128290.pdf
Here is his "short list" on why he hates me and people of my ethnic group and ancestry:
"Blacks hate us. Every Asian who has ever come across them knows that they take almost every opportunity to hurl racist remarks at us."
This is interesting, I have been Black for about 36 years, and I don't "Hate" Asian people. Further, not only have I meet and know many Asians of different cultures as well as been in Asian countries, I have never had the urge to use a racial slur at an Asian. Maybe I need to get back on track so I can fit the author’s definition of “blackness"
"Contrary to media depictions, I would argue that blacks are weak-willed. They are the only race that has been enslaved for 300 years."
Weak willed? Well we do have John Stewart Who is a Green Lantern (and everyone knows that nobody has more will power than Green Lanterns http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Stewart_%28comics%29). lol, seriously, I think surviving 300 years of slavery and making positive marks in society INSPITE of that is a heck of a lot of "Will" power, maybe more than even a Green Lantern (no offense meant to DC Comics). As for enslaved for 300 years, did he ever hear of the “Hebrews”? Oy Veh…
"Blacks are easy to coerce. This is proven by the fact that so many of them, including the Rev. Al Sharpton, tend to be Christians."
Well Mr. Eng might be surprised to know that many African Americans are Muslims, Buddhist, practice Yoruba, etc. The African American religious experience is as diverse as other populations. As for those of us who are Christians, maybe some of us want to follow our African heritage and be Christians as some of the oldest traditions of the faith are in Ethiopia, Egypt and Eritrea?
lol, Ok, seriously people, what’s really going on these days. “Hate” again. Such a strong term, pray for Kenneth Eng people, as we “coerced” Christians tend to do…
